TU Braunschweig shines in CHE ranking with excellent student support Excellent ratings from students

According to the latest CHE University Ranking, first-year students at Technische Universität Braunschweig receive excellent support at the start of their studies. The ranking, which examines more than 300 educational institutions in German-speaking countries, confirms the outstanding support provided by six degree programmes at TU Braunschweig in the category “Support at the start of degree programme”.

Very good grades from students

In the student survey of the CHE ranking, the subjects Biology, Chemistry and Pharmacy at TU Braunschweig received top marks from students. Various aspects of the study situation were rated particularly positively, including study organisation, support from teaching staff and the facilities in the libraries and practical labs.

Biology students were particularly complimentary, rating the subject better than the national average in a total of 14 categories.

The Mathematics degree programme at TU Braunschweig also scored well in the category “Completion in a reasonable time”, finishing in the top group. Other subjects such as Biology, Environmental Sciences, Pharmacy, Physics and Sociology also received good ratings in this category.

Support at the start of degree programme and excellent offers

Biology, Environmental Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, Pharmacy and Sociology were particularly praised for their support at the start of the degree programme. They were all ranked in the top group for their guidance and support services. First-year students are particularly well supported.
