Attack on Ukraine Technische Universität Braunschweig expresses its solidarity

Technische Universität Braunschweig strongly condemns Russia’s military attack on Ukraine and is deeply dismayed by the events there in recent days. We are concerned for the lives and well-being of the people in Ukraine and express our full solidarity with the members of the universities there. We also express our full solidarity and sympathy to all persons and especially to the students and employees with Ukrainian roots at TU Braunschweig.

We are in close contact with our local cooperation partners. We are monitoring further developments on the ground and are in contact with the German Rectors’ Conference (HRK) and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) regarding the possibilities of continuing and shaping university and academic relations with Ukraine and Russia.
