Creating community Late summer reception for Professors of TU Braunschweig in the Audimax
“Opportunities for personal communication are very important for the development of our university,” emphasises President Professor Angela Ittel. Therefore, after the successful Diversity Day and the festive reception for the staff, the Executive Board invited the professors to a late summer reception, which was kindly supported by the Braunschweigischer Hochschulbund e.V.. With snacks and musical entertainment, getting to know each other, exchanging ideas and networking were on the agenda in the Audimax foyer.
“These forms of meeting and exchange are extremely valuable. Why? Because you can also just talk,” said Prof. Ittel in her welcoming speech. “Just talking means: being able to discover common goals, creating community, which in turn is the condition and basis for trust.
