TOTAL E-QUALITY award: Convincing strategy for equal opportunities and diversity

Technische Universität Braunschweig has been honoured with the TOTAL E-QUALITY award for the sixth time. The award focuses on gender equality and diversity in an intersectional and inclusive approach. The jury praised the convincing equal opportunities strategy with which TU Braunschweig fulfils the TOTAL E-QUALITY standards in the various fields of action. Fundamental attitudes, strategies, measures and their monitoring were assessed.

In its application for the TOTAL E-QUALITY award, TU Braunschweig successfully demonstrated how equal opportunities and diversity are anchored and practised. “Due to its exemplary actions in terms of an equal opportunities-oriented personnel and organisational policy, TU Braunschweig has been awarded the TOTAL E-QUALITY award for the sixth time for the years 2024 to 2026,” the jury stated.

The award is given to 32 organisations from the fields of business/administration/associations and 28 organisations from the field of academia and recognises their successful and sustainable commitment to equal opportunities in the workplace. The award ceremony will take place on 14 November at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main.
