Postdoc Day 2022 Arriving and networking at TU Braunschweig

After a break of almost two years due to Covid, the Postdoc Day took place again on 16 June at BRICS with almost 50 participants. This time the motto was: “Arriving and networking at TU Braunschweig”. The postdocs were welcomed by President Prof. Angela Ittel and the Vice President for Research and Early Career Scientists, Prof. Peter Hecker.

After a keynote speech and a short workshop on the topic of “successful networking for your career”, the postdocs were able to find out about the various services offered at TU Braunschweig at a total of eleven stations and talk to the staff.

Both the postdocs and the staff at the service stations found the day very successful and productive. It was also used to launch a postdoc network. Anyone who was unable to attend the Postdoc Day but is interested in the network can contact Anne Fleige and Kristin Gehr from the Postdoc Programme by email at any time.
