Tezuka Architects ist eines der renommiertesten Architekturbüros in Japan, mit einem umfangreichen Oeuvre. Sie erhielten zahlreiche Auszeichnungen, insbesondere für öffentliche Bauten wie die Kindergärten in Fuji und Asahi, die Kliniken Sora no Mori in Okinawa und Soejima Hospital in Saga, das Echigo-matsunoyama Museum of Natural Science bei Togamachi und andere. Ihre Arbeiten wurden 2004 and 2018 auf der Architekturbiennale in Venedig ausgestellt.
Yui Tezuka studierte Architektur am Musashi Institute of Technology in Tokyo und an der Bartlett School of Architecture in London. 1994 gründete sie Tezuka Architects zusammen mit Takaharu Tezuka.
