Together, they will discuss current developments in the field of AI and analyse the challenges and opportunities for data protection. The aim is to develop technical and legal proposals for the data protection-friendly use of AI in order to promote this technological innovation. In addition to Prof. Dr. Anne Paschke, participants include Franziska Weindauer (T\u00dcV AI Lab), Dr. Klaus Meffert (Dr. DSGVO) and Benedikt H\u00fcppe (Unternehmerverb\u00e4nde Niedersachsen e.V., UVN).<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Artificial intelligence can be used by both the state and the economy in accordance with the law. However, there are currently still a number of questions regarding data protection law.
