There may be issues around fluency, confidence, clarity of communication.<br \/>\nThere will also be an opportunity for each participant to bring in a piece of teaching material for 1-2-1 feedback from the native English-speaking trainer, Andrew Weale, who is himself an experienced university lecturer.<br \/>\nOn the first day of the workshop, the trainer Andrew Weale will arrange the time slots for the individual feedback sessions on day two. The course will be delivered in English and there will be a range of practical activities, such as discussion, peer teaching, and delivery of mini presentations in English to ensure that participants practise their English language skills in a fully immersive way.<\/p>\n<p>Inhalte &amp; Lernziele:<br \/>\nThis three-day virtual workshop is specially designed to help lecturers who are non-native English speakers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>improve their English language competencies<\/li>\n<li>communicate more effectively in English with students<\/li>\n<li>build their confidence when using English in lectures and seminars<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This course is highly interactive and practical.
