Do you have what it takes to be a leader? The answer is most assuredly YES- if you are willing to learn a few key things about yourself. In order to effectively lead others you must first be able to lead yourself. Managing stress, time and emotions, overcoming set-backs and knowing how to motivate yourself regardless of circumstances are the first leadership skills to master. You can then build on these abilities to create resilience, motivation and cooperation in others.
