Stress gilt dabei als eine der gr\u00f6\u00dften Gesundheitsgefahren des 21. Jahrhunderts. Im Fokus dieses Seminars steht das Kennenlernen verschiedener Entspannungstechniken. Durch ein gezieltes Entspannungstraining k\u00f6nnen Bew\u00e4ltigungs- und Erholungskompetenzen aufgebaut und die Stressverarbeitung positiv ver\u00e4ndert werden.
