Durch das Krafttraining k\u00f6nnen zudem alltagsbedingte Fehlhaltungen und Verspannungen gel\u00f6st werden. Pr\u00e4ventiv beugt die Kr\u00e4ftigung der Muskulatur auch St\u00fcrzen und Verletzungen vor.
